Not only were the Affleck brothers born in the same month, they were born on the same day — albeit some years apart. Ben and Casey are both accomplished Hollywood personas on their own, but their career highlights reside in their mutual collaborations: the pair starred together in “Good Will Hunting” alongside Matt Damon, and Ben made his directorial debut with “Gone Baby Gone,” a Boston-set crime drama starring younger brother Casey.
Ben’s already proven himself a highly capable director, while Casey’s performance in “The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford” proved his merit as an actor. How cool would it be to see them switch roles for a film project?

I’ve stumbled on that article also before but I noticed a mistake.

Casey was born on August 12, not on Ben’s birthday, which is August 15.

I’m guessing though that the article derived it’s info from an interview in which he did say that he was born during one of Ben’s birthday parties. XD That also confused me a bit but according to his official site, his birthday is really on the 12th. I guess they celebrated Ben’s birthday early.
